Whether it is a first time buyer purchasing a starter home, or a high end luxury home, or
acreage, we work with our clients to simplify the building process while meeting our client's
budget goals.
We know our clients have busy lives complete with careers, children and extracurricular
activities. We strive to simplify our clients lives, not disrupt them. At Candel Homes we

associated trades and suppliers that work together to incorporate the very best of construction

Our Process:
Initial Meeting:This first meeting allows us to get to know you and your
needs. You bring your ideas, questions and wish list. We answer
every question to ensure your clear understanding while as well offering any and all
advice we can from our years of experience.We take your wish list and then ask a few questions
that are designed for us to be able to clearly understand your vision and needs. We establish lot
and home and then with all this information in hand we get to work on your behalf.
2nd Meeting: At this meeting we provide you with pricing based on your wish
list and options to meet your budget requirements.
This allows you to know the real price of your home before you begin. We again answer any
questions you may have and address any concerns. You take this information and review it.
3rd Meeting:This is the phase where we finalize all the details of your new
home plan and complete the documentation.

The City of Red Deer is currently pre-selling lots in Timberlands Residential Phase 1A. The lots will be available for construction mid August 2009. There are fully serviced lots for sale in Oriole Park Estates Phase 3 and Johnstone Crossing.
